need for speed error 00000002

i can not connect EA server error code 00000002 how to fix on ps4 I'd type my password in vain. for a specific keyboard shortcut. in another language

I have this error code, 00000002... I'm 38 years old, so not sure why it's an "underage issue" 🤷🏻‍♂️

I have the same error, please why nobody can help us to run this game? The game is dead? I can't run this game on my Xbox one x.
