NEED FOR SPEED ERROR 0xc000007b

Hello, I have a problem with this error, before this error appeared there was a problem with MSVCR100.DLL, but I fixed this problem and now this error remains, if there are any solutions I would be very grateful 
I tried all sorts of ways, I deleted the .net framework, installed a new one, and changed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010, but nothing...
