Need For Speed Error code 00010001

I bought Need For Speed a week ago but it is impossible for me to play the game. It requires me to access the ea servers with the error code 00010001. I tried many ways that EA recommend me to do but...

Did this just start happening. Bought the game 2 days ago. Only played offline so NO way I am banned for behavior. Went to play yesterday and 0001001 error code.

I cleared persistent game data.

Reinstalled

Hard reset the xbox

Confirmed internet is correct

I just bought the game guys ☹️ I really wanted to mod some bmws

@Opt1mal0GMost probably the servers are down or on maintenance because another user posted on this forum that he cannot connect to servers aswell
