Need For Speed Error

I was able to get Need For Speed Rivals to work but when I go to open the game it says;

Failed creating D3D device of at least version 10.0 on adapter

"Intel(R) HD Graphics" with driver "Unknown". Error is DXGLERROR_UNSUPPORTED (The requested functionality is not supported by the device or the driver.").

This is typically caused by not having the minimum required

DirectX support in the GPU.

For NVIDIA GPUs, DirectX 10.0 support is required.

For AMD and GPUs from other vendors, DirectX 10.1 support is required.

Could someone please help me with this. Thanks🙂.

    I bought need for speed Rivals on both of my consoles and I have it on PlayStation and I have it on Xbox, but can anybody help me? How can I get this car on both of my consoles in 2025

  • I only have integrated graphics. I tried it on someone else’s newer laptop that also has integrated graphics and it ran on theirs.

    Hi @BlakeTDZZ

    It sounds as if your device is attempting to run NFS off its integrated Grahpic card, versus any dedicated (Nvidia, AMD, etc) graphics card.

    Can we try to Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

    if this keeps up share a DxDiag file!
