The cover of Need for Speed Payback is having problems in the EA application. On Steam, Need for Speed Heat has a problematic title, as does the background of its Steam library.

Apologies to confirm are you trying locate NFS Payback in Steam or in the EA App? Where did you initially purchase a copy of the game?
For NFS Heat, are you able to provide more information on the issue your running into? Its not clear from the screenshots what you may be running into...

- Need for Speed Payback cannot be opened in the EA app offline when it has been downloaded and the EA app is recognized.
- The Need for Speed Payback game cover does not display correctly in the EA app and the game is not available in the EA app store. (The game can be launched and played normally)
- Heed for Speed Heat has a problem with the title.

To check for the issue you are running into with NFS Payback if you go online with the EA app are you able to launch and play?
- When connected to the Internet, Need for Speed Payback can be started normally.
- Regardless of the state, the cover of Need for Speed Payback does not display properly.
