Need For Speed Heat - DirectX error

How can I fix this? I’ve already reinstalled the game, updated drivers, and reinstalled DirectX. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? I played this a few months ago without any issues, but now when I try to play again, I get an error.

    Hello @capzlock35,

    You should try reinstalling your game on a different drive. Also, you should update your CPU and GPU drivers. Strictly launch the game from the EA app.
