NFS NO LIMITS SE Reward not given right

Hi there people,

So recently i finished the Vault even for BMW M2 Coupe in NFS No Limits and claimed the reward as well but to my surprise i didnt not get the correct parts at the end of the event. I would like to prove it with some screenshots attached. So if you see the above individual parts photo were the level before i was about to finish the vault event.

and after i complete the event what i get is as below.

 

I mean is this a joke. I got them upto 400 and what i get is a 224 level part. the event says complete it and keep it all and is this what the keep it all means. is this some kind of dirty joke that EA is playing on us. Guys please support me on this and dont give silly explanation on things dont work like this and that. Please.

    Hello Balboa016​,

    If you believe you have not received the correct content, then you should try talking with support. I believe there should be a support contact forum inside the game.

    thats a piece of s**t man. they respond after two days and dont mention any date on when the message is sent on top of that evey time a new person takes on the ticket and asks for the same detail and again and again. they really dont wanna do any work at all. just a crap mahn.
