I wish EA would consider adding a more wide selection of cars to chose from that weren't high-end super/luxury cars. If Heat is based on illegal street racing then why not add some actual street cars, like a few low-end coupes and family cars?
Instead of another Ferrari or some BMW variant, why not add some unexpected cars? In older games like the Underground series, you had no supers whatsoever, just street cars like the 2000 Honda Civic Si, or the Tiburon GT V6, even the horrible Dodge Neon got a spot in the first game.
I wanna see if people would actually agree about this. Less supers, more street cars. They may not be insanely fast like all these supercars of today, but they'd be far more unique than just another Aventador or a Chiron.
I made a list of cars that personally could fit the job, some very questionable, some fair, but I hope people suggest more.

@LithTheKitten I couldn't agree more. I think these underground street racing games revolve around cars you see on a daily basis or in the tuner scene.
There's alot of super cars, but we're missing so many nice jdm cars and like you said I wish they would come to the game at some point. Whether in a DLC at least.

- @JDM_Rafael Depends on what you see as NFS.Supercars are the main focus of classic original era NFS games.It's reasonable and suitable for a NFS megamix game.I agree tuners dont need supercars(or most of supercars) but if considering full history of NFS,underground is just a trend chaser and a change of direction.Not bad for sales success,but should never outshine real original NFS cannonball style by history standard
@GK3512 Underground is what made nfs great. Sure HotPursuit was great and the supercars at that time in the game were awesome. But times have changed, and at least imo supercars are a nice addition but shouldn't outdue tuner cars. I have forza motorsport and gran turismo to help me with my supercar needs in a way better handling setting. But that is my opinion, we all have our own. We'll have to wait and see what they give us.
