[need for speed heat] daily challenges not working

This is really upsetting I can not get the trophy (don’t quit your day job)  because the daily challenges for need for speed heat is not working, this is a issue for everyone who is playing the game, as of right now the platinum is unattainable until the daily challenges start working again. Please update and fix for us I’ve already been speaking to EA live support team and they said they’ll pass it over to the relevant team and to read forums for any updates.
