Need for speed heat fps drops error
i use gtx 1650 i5 12th gen win 11 to play my need for speed heat. its working good before which i can reach 60 fps with medium settings, and after i redownload it suddenly it only plays on 15 - 20 fps in the medium settings. i have tried to reinstall the game and it didn't work. can someone help me?

If you haven't can we start by trying the following?
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
