Need For Speed Heat is falling apart

Can somebody please explain me what is the problem with need for speed heat recently? Yesterday I had to wipe my whole accounts data 20 plus cars over a million dollars max level rep all gone, just because I wasn't able to play online with my friends.

 At first I thought it was no big deal maybe some kind of glitch or a bug, so I might I knew account and I was completely wrong. I haven't had 2 hours of game time in my new account and I already encounter another bug. I can't change the text on my license plate to anything at all I can't even text "hello" without the game saying there's a "profanity in license plate". Can someone please help me, because I'm going to lose my mind
