@Wl2ECKLESS I did what you recommended. I white listed those 3 programs and disabled ransomware protection and it WORKED! Although is it necessary to whitelist touchup.exe?
@Death_kong It was for me yes, it's some component of NFS Heat however I was able to re-enable ransomware protection after white listing those apps although you can also just leave it disabled if you prefer.
