Need for speed heat is not saving my career progress

Need for speed heat is not saving my career progress, always starting from 0. can anyone help me ?

The relevant teams are aware of this issue and are working on a resolution.

In the meantime, can you let us know if the following helps prevent loss of progress (note the following may result in loss of previous save) -

This is really weird but I tried that fix... switching the HDR in the file to 0? Yeah...restarted my PC and then it's now working with saves... wth
