NEED FOR SPEED HEAT MISSING TROPHY PS4

Hey there team.

I have spent a lot of time trying to get the Platinum trophy for Need for Speed Heat on PS4. It has recently come to my attention that I have not got the Chapter 4 completion trophy. Is there any way of getting this back or is it gone forever? My account name is Stonecoldkila27
