Just bought NFS Heat during the publisher sale on Xbox one X. I’m having the same issue on start screen. It tells me to press A and then nothing happens it’s not responding to my controller. Tried everything these guys tried and I’m about to get a refund from Microsoft and buy something else NOT EA if this isn’t fixed immediately. How does this happen to people 3 weeks ago and still isn’t fixed? This is ridiculous
Had the same problem. Couldn’t install at first. All day searching How to get passed the sign in screen. I saw one comment about unplugging USB ports and that’s what did it. I had external hard drive plugged in but took it out and was good to go.
