Need for speed heat turns on off my pc after a few seconds of running it

Could anyone help me with this? I have been looking for an answer to this problem for quite a bit of time. when i got need for speed heat for the first time my PC wouldn't turn off while playing the game. i played for a while even passing the story on it ( great story no cap) with out having this problem. After i passed the story it keep working for a while till one day it just shut off my PC ( might of been after an update i don't know)I thought it would have been something else that crashed my PC but no it was NFS heat. after the first time it happen it kept happening a few seconds after every time i would start the game. i don't have my PC overclocked or anything like that. i have a 1660 super and a ryzen 5 3600x. I also have 16gigs of ram and  1t of storage. i really want to play NFSH again so could someone please help me
