I bought a "need for speed hot pursuit" a year ago in Brazil by Lojas Americanas, and since then it never worked. All the time i get this message: "The serial number you entered is invalid. Contact customer support for more information."
I already have tried this, and the seller send me a new game and again the problem is the same, so, can somebody help me? My email is [[edit: email address removed]]

I hope your issue has been resolved by now. Sorry that I was not able to get back to you sooner.
If you are getting the message that your code is invalid, you will have to contact your retailer. Or, make sure that you redeem the code in Origin.
Remember that if you still get the invalid code message when redeeming through Origin, it means we will also not able to find the code in our system. If the code is unknown in our system, we will not be able to help you get a new one.
