Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2010

EA,

I face major issues with Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2010 like freezing, Map of the game disappearing while in a race, the car falls into a void.

I tried cooperating with your customer support regarding these issues.

They all were no help at all specially after speaking with more than 5 advisors.

Only one of them informed that it's an issue with some DLL file which he said belongs to Microsoft and insisted to contact Microsoft support of the same.

I assure it is not a corrupt file issue nor a system issue as I checked myself.

Here are my configuration specs

12GB DDR3 RAM

Geforce GTX 760 2GB Zotac Graphic Card

AMD FX 6300 6 Core Processor 

HDD 500GB Seagate

As you see above my configuration is far beyond the game requirements.

I keep my system up to date with Windows and the graphics drivers I have done a system clean 3 times just for this game and the issues still persist.

I need a answer from you EA and your team I am not the only one facing these issues with this game there are others gamers too.

I require an answer to the exact cause of these issues as soon as possible. I know it's a game related issue.
