I purchased a copy of NFS HP and registered it for online play. Since the CD Key can be used 5 times I tried loading in on another computer in my house so that we can LAN online.
In game it says "The product key you entered has already been used the maximum number of times" but at when looking at the de-autherisation process it says "activations left: 4 of 5"
How can I get it to work on both computers?

Like you said indeed you should be able to run the game on at least 5 machines at the same time.
You should try to revoke the licence on the first computer, check activation.exe in order to see if you have 5 activations left.
Then install the Game on the computer B and try on computer A to see if you are still getting the same message.
