EA has set aside this game apparently without providing any help or solutions. I have looked for solutions to this and discovered in a forum that the problem is because the NFS Pro Street servers no longer exist which is unfortunate but this also prevents us from playing the story mode. The only thing that worked for me. Since EA is not present, it is to look for a Crack compatible with the version of this, after the game runs without problems but you are left without the online options.

Facing the same problem, still. Looking through forums everything points to generic things - compatibility mode, clear cache on client, clear licenses cache etc etc. But it does look like the game is broken on its own side.
