Hey @Bromu I wanted to confirm if you are still running into this issue.
It looks like @danisoff has provided most of the steps we can recommend here on the forums. However, we can try to take a further look.
Is it possible to get a short video or screenshots of the error message you get and a DxDiag file?

This problem is on 4 different computers with diffrent OS (Win 10/11) DxDiag doesn`t report any problems on any computer. EA App shows the same message: "An error to our end caused your launched to fail. Try again little later". Lower there is bottom "Get" and "Ok" When i click "Get" the program sends me to my own game in my library. Ea Help told me that those games (Burnout Paradise and Need For Speed Hot Pusuit) have no support after one hour of trying to solve the problem on chat.
I think that Electronic Arts took away my licence without my knowledge because Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered and Burnout Paradise Remastered isn`t sold as they would expect.
This is what i did:
I launched game as administrator
I launched EA app as administrator
I launched games with compatilility mode - every options
I cleaned cache EA App
I tryied to repair both of games
I installed the nevest drivers (all)
I installed again DirectX and Visual C++
I checked filesystem (sfc / scannow)
I repaired register (with CCleaner and Glary Utilities)
I turned off firewall and antivirus
Each computer met the requirmants
I tryied launch my games on Intel and Amd processor, Nvidia graphics and AMD, integra and another card (Vega 8, gtx 1060 6GB, gtx 1050Ti...)
Every computer has one common element - EA App. I think this is a source of the problems, without the licence I won`t be able to play this games regardles of what I do.
