• Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Close other running applications on your device
• Try running the client and game as an admin
  
  
• Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
  
  
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
  
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Before posting, I conducted extensive research on Reddit, YouTube, and Steam forums. The issue I'm reporting is very common, so much so that I took the care to perform a clean installation of Windows just to ensure that there is no external interference. Yes, the EA App is so bad that it behaves intermittently.

Here we go: I just formatted Windows from scratch and without using antivirus, installed Nvidia drivers, installed Steam, installed the EA APP, and started playing.

There will be times when I turn on the computer and can play smoothly, and there will be days when I turn on the computer and when I start the game through Steam (big picture mode or not), I need to keep using alt+tab until the sound and screen normalize.

There are more than 48 complaints on Steam alone about no sound. On Reddit, complaints about "no sound" are countless

Again, when the game is started, the EA App kicks in and often gets lost along the way! Yes, it's a PIECE OF GARBAGE.
