Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered crashing when selecting event

I ask this for my friend. We have tried to play this game together but we can't because his game will crash when selecting cars. He cant even go to car menu because his game crashes right away when I select event. Funny thing in this: This game works well on my computer, on my account. This game works well on his computer, when I am signed in there. But this game is not working on my pc if I am signed in with his account, or on his computer with his own account. My english is not good, but hope you can understand. So the problem lies somewhere between origin and steam connection? Idk but ea support can't help with this and my friend has not played this game at all since april when he bought this. And we can't find fix from google to this. So nothing is not wrong with his pc because I cant even play with his account on my own pc. When this game crashes, It goes straight away to desktop when you select event, without even saying "hp remastered is not responding" It doesnt give any information.
