Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered crashing when selecting event

I ask this for my friend. We have tried to play this game together but we can't because his game will crash when selecting cars. He cant even go to car menu because his game crashes right away when I...

    Hey @Svetjana can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
