haven't tried, i just sended a error report by using ea app. hope this works...
EA Staff (Retired)it's a laptop, when playing game, it will switch to Nvidia geforce 4060 laptop graphic card automatically.
i think switching the graphic card won't cause the game crash.

i verified the game file by steam, reinstalled the game.
Tried using origin to launch the game but there is still no progress.
so i think it's not ea app or origin causing the problem, so i switched back to ea app.
is there a file or program that conflicts with the game?
