Need For Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered won't launch

Yes I know this game is almost 4 years old, but I really can't load up the game on the EA app or steam. The image is what I keep on getting when I try to load it up, there's no error codes after it ...

Try the following steps:

How to use EA Help

Go to the EA Help homepage.

Select NFS Hot Pursuit Remastered (or any game you're trying to play)

Select the See all help topics

Select the option I need help loading my game

You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)
