Need For Speed: Hot pursuit will not install !!

Hello, @MaSterCookiee , good afternoon. What's the matter? Send a print of the error you are giving to make support work easier, please.

@DogSuaveBasically I click on install, then it will start with a green bar starts going up then it will just stop, I even waited more than 10 mins and still had not moved the green bar, I have no idea why it would do this! 

I have w10,then i launch autorun,select installation folder and insert the code,when the installation begins the green bar stops right at the beginning and doesnt move at all. Any solution for that ?

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Temporarily disable your antivirus
• Perform a clean boot before retrying: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
• When starting Origin, right click the desktop icon and "Run as Administrator"
