Need for Speed is stuck on "connecting to EA" PS5

Hi Dears

Need for Speed Heat PS5 stuck on Connecting to EA.

The status never changes after an hour. 

Any idea how to solve it ?,

    Same on my ps4...unfortunately I do not have a solution

    Hey @xs5w1w0h6nom @cruciocurse 

    Could we give the following steps a try for a PS5 or PS4?

    • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
    • Verify you signed into your PSN account
    • Check for Console updates 
    • Restore Game Licence
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open your PS5 NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    Hi Dear

    Thanks for your reply.

    Indeed it has been tested but still not working.

    Every time I receive an OTP on my email but the game is always stuck on connecting..
