my game will load about 25 to 50% and then freeze and say the vcard is missing or uninstalled but my vcard is the latest one

I am getting stuck at an black screen with a controller on it, it never gets past that. Any ideas?

There's a possibility that the game was not downloaded/installed correctly, try to reinstall and check if it happens again. This can also happen from your connection or server maintenance, in this case try to reboot your switch or pull out your network cable for a couple of seconds and then put it back after a PC restart.
In any case, what are your PC specs?
