Need for speed main menu not responding

When I start Need For Speed No limits, anywhere I click on in the main menu does not respond.  However, all the top button options do, so I am able to get into races, but only through the daily chall...

Thanks for the additional information, to confirm we can't reset game progress. 

To confirm which model iPad are you currently using?

I am using an IPad Air 4th generation IOS 18.0 model number MYH22X/A2072.
