Need for speed Money/Rep Glitch and Start up Crashing

Summarize your bug The Whole game is just a buggy mess. Starting the game is a roll of the dice because it just crashes on start up. If you are lucky you get into the game then the chances of it NOT crashing are slim. And thats not mentioning the money and rep glitch which also just occurred to me... played for an hour doing races and did not realize that I had not been earning anything. Tried restarting the game, but wouldn't you guess... THE GAME CRASHES EVERY TIME I TRY TO START IT UP. It is infuriating, I enjoy the game WHEN it works but it pisses me off when it doesn't.
What car were you using? Corvette That is given with DLC
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played? A Race event, literally any and all of them.
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This is for two bugs but I will talk about the money and rep one first. This happened 100% of the time and I do not know what started it. I simply played races and thats all. Now as for the start up crashing and the crashing of the game as a whole... just play the game for like 1 hour if you can even get it started. first time start up usually works alright, but when you shut off the game and restart it, it will likely not start.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Money and Rep glitch simply does not give Money or Rep after completing a race The crashing glitch is self explanatory... it simply does not start or it crashes.
What do you expect to see? What I hope is that ea will start looking into these problems, from what I saw though after searching for a solution to these problems, they already know about it but have no idea how to fix it, or have not bothered to fix it

My PC Specs are as Follows 
CPU: Ryzen 7 3800x
RAM: 16 gb 3600mhz
GPU(s): GTX 1070 and a GTX 960
Game is installed on a SSD
I should also add that the crashing has been happening on an HDD as well as the SSD.
Moving the game made no difference on how often the game crashed or if they gave is more likely to start.
