No matter how many XBL profiles exist on XB , #2 should be able to log in through his profile ( which is not already origin linked to Origin like #1? ) > start game only with only #2 profile active and it should work > autolog connection with #2 xbl profile and confirming #2 online pass code and linking #2 profile with new #2 origin account ( as long as #1 didn't link his profile with #2 online pass code or link #2 profile with his #1 autolog ? )
if that doesn't work , I suggest contacting ea / origin to check #2 origin profile and why you can't connect #2 XBL tag with #2 origin .
Lots of people reports problems with profiles mismatch etc.... so It might be XBL/ Ea/ Origin problem .
