Hi @GILLHUHN To confirm have you already checked any AV from stopping NFS or EA App, as well as clearing its cache? (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
If so could we try launching your device in a Clean Boot then launching the game?
This is in regards to Need for Speed Most wanted crashing after trying to launch it via ea app. Need for speed most wanted played great on Orgin but now Origin is not working on my pc running on windows 7 but does work on my laptop that runs on Win 10 so I have to use EA app on my pc and i did have that issue but figured out a solution do have to do this twice to begin with and once after that another time
1. Go to Window Task Manager (control-alt-delete)
2.then to the Process tab.
3. Scroll down the list of files to NFS13.exe *32 highlight it
4.then go to the bottom of the Task Manager window right hand side and End Process. When the program crashes it still is running in the background this closes it out. The play button now highlights and you can launch your game. the powershot bar may not be present and may not be full screen
so in other words, you may have to do this process multiple times then again maybe not but one solution Need for Speed Most Wanted crashing up launching from EA app.
This is not the issue I'm experiencing. The game doesn't launch period because the EA App is acting like I dont own the game when I own the game and all DLC on Steam.
