Can we try the following if you have not already?
- Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Close other running applications on your device
- Try running the client and game as an admin
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

@EA_Illium i have not install ea app installer, my friend gave me the installation package

If so, this is not supported or recommended you will want to install it either from a disc (if you have one) or via a PC client like Steam or the EA app.- @EA_Illium what i meant by the package is cd
