First, run Origin as Admin. (right click and set to run as admin) Don't try to run NFS first. Always start the game from Origin. That should help.

So indeed you have to download Origin
Once Origin is installed just launch the client and log into your account.
On the Origin menu redeem your product code, the game will appear on your Origin Library.
