Need for Speed Most wanted TimeSavers Pack

I have purchased TimeSavers Pack downloadable content for Need For Speed:Most Wanted (Playstation 3) from the in-game "Store" menu. 

The Purchase description states that You have will have access to all-ingame cars in multi-player mode as well as access to all in-game cars in single player mode (with the exclusion of most wanted event cars) and access to all jackspot locations on map.

The Purchase description is misleading, There are NO cars  to "un-lock" in sinle-Player mode. To my dissapointment You have access to them from the very beginning! Only Jackspot locations show up as anything unlocked in single player mode. I bought this DLC with the intension to unlock cars in single player mode base on the game's in-game store description. I've noticed that since I've purchased this that other EA related advertisements for this dlc only mention the Jackspot locations in Single-Player mode as an item that is unlocked. I am very Dissapointed and feel decieved.
