need for speed most wanted wii u won't work anymore

when i want to play the game Need for Speed Most Wanted on the Wii U, it says "invalid disc" and then an error code will pop up.  Tthe error code is "150-2031"  

This just started happening last week, and I have owned the game for over a year now.  I have made sure that the disc is completely clean, and free from any scratches, smudges, or any sort of haze that might affect the system reading it.  How can this be fixed?
