Need for speed MW mobile - NFS DEALERSHIP

Dear EA,
I have a problem with Need for speed Dealership. It always says: "NO CONNECTION. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTED TO NETWORK AND FLIGHT MODE OFF".
I am connected to internet. Good signal. Tried to empty memory. Like everything! Still cannot fix it. Any help?

    If you are having issues with a mobile connection, please try to switch networks, especially if you are on a public wi-fi, 3G or 4G. Your home wi-fi network is usually the best option.

    I've tried this game on both my note 4 running android 5.1.1 and galaxy s3 running android 4.3, and I do not get asked to log in, and after the first two tutorial tracks the NFS Dealership stays graded out, with the message that the OP posted.

    when I play on my ipad running ios 7.1 though origin sign in comes up straight away, so it's not my internet that's the problem.

    I don't think the solution is as simple as that. I have the same problem too.
