I’ve started the 7 day special McLaren Solus GT and I was only able to play for 2 days before the event closed, now I missed the McLaren Solus GT. It’s now showing the next event. Gamer tag 161400106, can anyone assist? The in game support does not respond at all…

I did receive a response from EA technical support. Here is what they wrote:
Please allow me to inform you that the Escape velocity event starts on 04/06/2025 00:00 and will continue till 15/06/2025 00:00 UTC. However, your 7-day countdown begins the moment you first enter the event. If you start the event late, say, with only 3 days left in the window—you will only have those 3 days to finish, not a full 7 days.
This is standard for all events in the game. The event timer is tied to the overall event window, not to when you start, unless you enter on the first day. Players who want the maximum time to complete the event must start as soon as it becomes available. Rest assured that we have checked the event on our end and it is working fine as intended.
I hope this helps. I also started the event late so I won’t get the car either. However, I think I once entered an event on the last day it was open and it still gave me the full seven days to finish it.
