Need for Speed No Limits - Known issues & Support announcements

Unable to Log in to Google Play

There have been reports of players who are unable to log into their Google Play account after updating from a previous version of the game.

Please try the following the below steps to Disconnect the game and re-authorize.

Please try the following the below steps to Disconnect the game and re-authorize. This should resolve the issue.

  1. Open the Google Settings app on your device
  2. Select the Connected apps option.
  3. Find the NFSNL app in the list and select it.
  4. Tap the Disconnect button.

Make sure you disconnect for all of your accounts, and then relaunch the game. You will be prompted for access, be sure to select your account and press Sign In.

 

Adjust Google Settings


If the above does not work for you, please try the following on your computer.

 

  1. Visit https://www.google.com on your computer, then sign in to your account.
  2. Click this URL: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
  3. You should see Apps connected to your account
  4. Find Need for Speed No Limits and remove it

Update highlights

The Underground campaign has been completely redesigned with new objectives, new races and even more action. Reputation (REP) is now the key to unlocking events and cool new areas.

Car Parts have been refreshed with the all new Materials system, giving you the flexibility and freedom to upgrade each Car the way you choose.

A brand new look and feel, new Race categories, and the best part is, you get to keep all of your existing Cars to race through the exciting new game modes!

Why has my game progress been reset?

Your progress was tied to many systems that have been refreshed, thanks to your feedback, including: the Underground campaign, the Parts system, introduction to Materials, the REP system and more.


You will keep everything that has remain unchanged, and Kim will appear in your game to reimburse you for additional progress, items and currency that you may have lost with this reset. We apologise for the inconvenience affected by this, but we hope that you'll enjoy the game even more with these changes.

Missing App Store Purchase


In some cases there may be a connection issue with the App Store and you may not immediately receive your purchase.

Re-visit the store, and try waiting 24 hours as there may be a verification process.

If your purchase is not delivered, please attempt to re-visit the store screen, this will perform an update to our server and all undelivered purchases will be restored to your game.


Wait for verification

Try waiting 24 hours. Your payment method may require approval, and the transaction may need to be verified before the content is applied to the game.


Contact support

If you are still missing your purchase after re-visiting the store, and waiting 24 hours, you can apply to get a full refund, or contact Firemonkeys' technical support team for a reimbursement.


Receive a full refund

For Android refunds contact us with your full Order ID from your Google Wallet

Receive a reimbursement

Contact Firemonkeys' technical support team with the following information.

. Order ID for the missing transaction(s) from your Google Wallet
. Date of purchase
. Item(s) that are now missing
. Your NFS ID
              . Make sure you are logged in to Google Plus or Game Center
              . Tap the Player Level icon to show the menu
              . Your ID is at the bottom right of the interface
              . Please confirm the number, is this a Device or NFS ID?

"Your device isn't compatible with this version" 

Due to technical issues with some devices, our games may not currently be available for your device, which will be listed as "incompatible".

We are always working to include support for more devices for our games. If you already have the game installed but your device has become incompatible with an update, unfortunately technical issues may also arise for a number of reasons (game bug, unsupported firmware update, etc.) that will cause us to not be able to support your device in the current update for the time being. However, we will continue working to re-instate support for previously supported devices, as well as include support for new devices as quickly as we can.

If you have downloaded the game previously you should be able to continue playing with no problems. You will not be able to update the game or re-install it until we are able to correct any issues and support your device again, as only the latest update game data is available for download from the store.
