Need for speed no limits download error

I am playing need for speed on my iOS device nearly have my slivia and bam 10 hours ago there is a small update and then an error. I try again still an error I uninstall and download a still not working and now the event is nearly over what can I do. And ps this is happening to a lot of people so there should be compensation

    It is working for me now but it only left me with 27 mins and now it is over and this is not cool and if I don't get compensation they have lost a customer

    @kiwithomps973 I still have the same problem today. Tried playing and had this problem through the whole day. Tried installing and uninstalling. switching between 4G and Wi-Fi to no avail.

    I still have the same problem, it was start after the fast lane event, I completed this event and when the game started to download more packages to new event I had this problem.

     I've got the same issue 😢

    Spent time, hours and hours to progress and now I can't even play.

    Hope to have compensation too.

    The need to get there * together they have such potential to be a great game but they have a lot of issues and no support we aren't going to get any compensation and it's bull.I have had the game from the beginning and it has f***ed me over to many times we need compensation

    @kiwithomps973 they need a support team ASAP to help players, but I guess that might not be as important as micro transactions. Managed to get it working, sad I missed gold for a day due to problems on their end.
