Need for Speed: No Limits Game file lose

Question

After few days experience, one day, in the loading page it said unable to download the file? Are your guys kidding me? It no back up on the cloud? I already spend my money and time in this game. it only 4 days left to get shelby GT500 and my month card remain 27 days. WTH!!!!!!!!&nbsp;Can u guys give me solution?
