The same issue, happening whole day. We were FORCED to start the special event, we went to day 7 and now we re frozen out of the game unable to finish it???? This is too much. Give us resolution timing right now, this is destroying us even more than all the bugs in this update. I've played 8 years and I'm on the brink of calling quits, mainly because of the lack of responsibility and compensation after we are getting hamstringed by all these problems.

I do have same issue. Since early morning I can't pass the main screen. It freezes just after game start and then, Android OS is trying to kill a game (notification: application does not respond). Looks like a game/ server issue. How to proceed? Anyone can help? I am also on SE Day 7 and likely I will not be able to finish it in time due to this issue

I’m having this problem too! I’ve tried restarting my phone and redownloading the app, nothing has helped.

This place here is absolutely useless as every other support options we have tried to contact. Don't bother, you see what incredible response we are getting in here for NOT being able to play the game. 20 hours, not a single acknowledgement
