Need for speed no limits tournament rewards problem

I played tournament many times .. I didn't have rewards .. and I installed the game again twice .. unfortunately same problem look to the picture
Hope to solve this problem

    Me either, didn't receive any reward points from tournament, even in the last tournament...

    So what is the solution ?
    I'm trying to install need for speed no limits apk from other source ... not from Google play
