Need for Speed: No Limits Underground Rivals

I would like to begin doing my underground rival races or at least know why I am unable to do so. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Based on the information I have at the moment, the issue was temporary. Everything should be working fine now.

I reported it about 12 hours ago. I’m still waiting for a response.
