I can't continue upgrade my car because the blueprints only available in tournament shop, the tournament shop told me that my car is max out.

@8L_W16 Someone described similar problem before. Have you tried closing the game and running it again? You should get an offer for 2 missing blueprints. Or you can upgrade the parts and race Supra Car Serie, I believe there are more than two Supra blueprints up for grabs.
I'm closing the game went I done for that day.

Which means: wait for Tournament Restore to refresh and you should be ok.

OP should see "Sold Out" instead of "Maxed Out" in that case!
