Need for speed payback - pre-order bonus on ps4

Hello everybody,

Please help me with this riddle. 

I pre-order the game week before it's release which means you get the pre-order bonus pack (platinum cars, blue tire smoke). Received the game on the 10th from the website I order it. (For detail information - I live in Bulgaria, website I bought it is www.ozone.bg - popular gaming store in our capital which delivers it's products across the country). I don't think those guys will scam or anything but on getting the product and opening the case there was only a code about a website where I get 20% price off of a T-shirt. I thought to my self "Oh, I guess there will be a way to verify the pre-order stuff in the game and get it there." - wrong. I just finished the drag and drift leagues and started with the runner missions - still nothing from the bonuses I have to get. I searched YouTube for answer, searched google for answer - nothing. Came to the conclusion to ask you guys. Hard copy for PlayStation 4 (Pro). 

Please help me, because it's not only my problem - I bought 2 copies, the other one was for my friend - as a gift to him.
