My card is EVGA GTX 1060 6 GB.

Your machine may be defaulting to your Intel video processing on your CPU rather than your nvidia GPU.
- Open the nvidia Control Panel
- Click Manage 3D settings
- Click the Program Settings tab
- Click the Add button
- Select the game from the list or click browse and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed Payback\NeedForSpeedPayback.exe
- Select NeedForSpeedPayback.exe and then Open
- Customise individual settings if you like
- Exit nvidia control panel and try playing.

We can't change the resolution from NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL! Give us "Command line arguments" to change the resolution from there... I have the same issue and it's frustrating when you know you have to buy a 4k monitor to play this game X(, try to help us with professionalism...

hi i tried it this way worked for me.
just get a random resolution fix video from youtube and chek howmany time he scrolls in game to change resolution.and when ur game loads and say input npt spported it stills works i mean u hear the game music.
i did like this
start the game
go in to race ( hear the car accelarate sound)
press tab
press right arrow 6 times (settings)
then again 3 time right (graphic0
1 time down
3 times left
enter or ecs and enter
