Need For Speed Payback Save Problem

Hello I have a problem. I'm Origin Access member and I played 9 hours Need For Speed. After 9 hours I bought the game. But I opened the game start over. I can't find my save file. Game just have one save files only this day. Someone help me plz.

    I found my problem of saved games not available, eliminated after i turned off protected folders in Windows 10 1709.  Once the game has the ability to write to your "Documents" folder the saved games are available.

    found this too - C: >user > (your name) > Appdata > local > origin
    there is some more save games

    i think i did something my game wont start (like crashed every time) i am using origin*

    Is nfs payback still having that problem where you can’t save the game?

    Hello, the solution for same not being saved is,
    If you are using latest version of windows then before starting the game go to windows defender - click on virus protection or something with shield- find show folder and app- click on + button- add the application to list and TA DAAA Its done. Now you can save your games
