Need for speed payback wrap editor not working

I cannot use the wraps from the internet. It wrote wrap 'shared disabled- No custom wrap' But i have turned on all the privacy setting allowing it to share the data. 

got the same problem on ps4

Yeah I just fixed it. Go to main menu select multiplayer then it will say you are not connected click ok then select connect or something. afther that you will be able to browse community wraps and multiplayer as well.

Well i can go thro the multiplayer but still cant use warps

I want to apologize for my bad english, im from Poland, but polish AHQ is terrible.

I have a problem with wrap editor. When i go to wrap editor, all of the options have gray lock on them, only the removal option is available.

And instead of the name of particular option there is "Loading Vinyls" text or something like that.

Waiting and restarting the game and the pc is not workig. When i start the game in offline mode everything works great, but then i cant download other players wraps, and i'm not good and making them myself.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix it?
